Terms of Service

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Sign2Go Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom (“Sign2Go”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), and any person or entity (“User”, “you”, or “your”) accessing or using the Sign2Go platform, courses, and services (“Services”). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Services.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Services. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update it as necessary.

Upon full or partial payment for a course, Sign2Go grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course content solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Sign2Go. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, publicly display, or exploit any course content without prior written permission.

Courses must be paid for in full unless an authorised payment plan has been selected. Where available, users may opt to pay via a three-installment plan. By selecting this option, you agree to pay the full course fee in equal monthly installments, automatically deducted from your nominated payment method. Installment payments are non-refundable. In the event of a missed or failed payment, Sign2Go reserves the right to apply a late payment fee and suspend access to the relevant course until the account is brought up to date. Continued failure to pay may result in permanent revocation of access and collection measures.

Refunds are only available in accordance with our official Refund Policy. Refund eligibility is determined based on course access history, time elapsed since purchase, and other applicable factors. Processing fees and installment payments are generally non-refundable.

You agree not to share your login credentials or allow others to access your account; reproduce or distribute any course content without written permission; attempt to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Sign2Go platform; or use the Services in a manner that is unlawful, abusive, or disruptive. Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and legal action where applicable.

All course materials, videos, text, graphics, logos, and platform functionality are the intellectual property of Sign2Go or its licensors. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any such material without prior written consent.

Sign2Go reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account at any time for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services. Users may also request account closure by contacting our support team.

All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

Sign2Go may amend this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on the website and will take immediate effect upon publication. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding these Terms, please contact us at: Sign2Go Ltd, Email: support@sign2go.co.uk.
